About This Career Opportunity

The Sales and Marketing Director

  • Responsible for planning, developing, directing and coordinating all aspects of sales for the Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments in our Community.
  • Develops the annual marketing plan and budget with input from Executive Staff to optimize program offerings to identified markets of older adults.
  • Effective management of sales professionals and coordination with the Corporate VP of Sales and Marketing.
  • Work with the Corporate Director of Communications to identify and capture opportunities to market the Community through social media. (including storytelling, and taking photographs and video recording via smart phone or other devices).
  • Prepare and update various reports to track the progress of sales efforts and apartment occupancy.

Are You Qualified?

Here's what you need:

  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum five years sales management experience.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory guidelines for Residential Care Facilities.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Sensitivity and knowledge of working with older adults and the aging process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational ability.
  • Ability to identify need, develop, and manage programs and systems simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of aging process and implications of aging in a social setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, superb customer service skills and a team player.
