PRIMARY PURPOSE   The Memory Care Director oversees day-to-day operations and maintains high quality, innovative programming and services for those residents in Memory Care. Supervises all staff, develops family relations, provides education to staff and families.  Maintains a person-directed atmosphere of meaningful engagement and community to maximize the holistic wellness of each resident.  Works closely with Health Care Coordinator(s) to ensure that residents’ health care needs are monitored and met by their respective health care providers. 

PRIMARY PURPOSE:  The Resident Care Director is responsible for the management and supervision of care services to Assisted Living residents in the Community. This involves providing direct care, supervising and educating the caregivers and assisting with community marketing efforts. The Resident Care Director shall communicate professionally with the residents, families and peers and, as part of a team, help to create a positive, caring environment. The Resident Care Director is accountable to the Executive Director. 

Primary Purpose The Director of Social Services is responsible for directly providing social services to residents in Skilled Nursing as well as to their families.  Collaborates with interdisciplinary team on resident assessments and needs.

The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible to the Executive Director for planning, developing, directing and coordinating all aspects of sales and marketing for the Community. This is accomplished through the effective management of a team of marketing professionals and collaboration with Regional Marketing Consultants.

As a member of the leadership team at Mercy Retirement and Care Center, this position is responsible for the direction of resident care in the skilled nursing setting.  Manages nursing team members.  Consults with staff and management team on nursing problems and interpretation of organizational policies to ensure resident needs are met.  Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities.  Assists in formulating budget.
